We’re Sophie and Jon, co-founders of LYSSARA Movement. After a decade of living a digital nomadic life across Melbourne, Geneva, London and beyond, wellness and movement have been our constants, keeping us grounded, balanced and connected through years of fast-paced, high-performance careers.

We created LYSSARA to bring together everything we’ve loved along the way; a modern movement and lifestyle brand built around community, connection and feeling good in your own skin.
